I know it gets a lot of slack from people

but I love the idea of living my life totally clean and not

30 Days of Favorites

So I am going to start posting one of my favorite things everyday for 30 days!

Chobani Greek Yogurt Pineapple flavor

I am in love with this stuff!

I tried other flavors but pineapple has won!

haha sorry its backwards!

Microwave Chocolate Cake

What You'll Need

4 T Flour

4 T Sugar

2 T Cocoa Powder

1 Egg

3 T Milk

3 T Oil

3 T Chocolate Chips (optional)

Splash of V.Extract

Mug

Microwave (duh)

Put all your dry ingredients in the mug and mix well

add Egg and mix well...

I decided to put one of the beaters on my mixer

so it fit in the mug and use my mixer for the job

add Oil and then Milk

Mix Well

add your optional chocolate chips

splash in the vanilla extract

give it a final mix

and cook for 3 Minutes

I have not really been into blogging lately because I haven't really felt like I've been doing anything very interesting.

hi blog friends :)

My life has been going through some changes and everything is back to being up in the air! which seems to just be the way my life is going to be haha.

I left the cake shop because I wasn't learning anything anymore. I worked with her for free for months so I could learn the trade and then she offered to add me to the staff at $8/hr which I agreed to because I figured I would still be learning and growing as a cake decorator which is worth making a crappy pay check. Well it was over a month and I was still "working" on the same thing. What she had be doing could be done at home! so I figured why stay there and not grow and learn when I can pick up more waitressing hours and take an actual class and learn more!

I looked up some classes and found an amazing lady who teaches classes about 45 minutes from the apt and she has been on TLC cake challenges and has worked as a sugar artist all around the world. SO I am hoping to take some of her classes and just be a sponge and learn so much from her!

I had a bit of anxiety over adding a new little life to the house but now I am feeling a lot better and she is adjusting really well to us as her new family. We got her from a family that didn't have time for her anymore after they had her for a year! I don't know how you could have this sweetheart for a year and be able to give her up! She has been here for a day and I don't think I could!

I got the can for $2.50 from Lowes because it was a mis-mix I LOVE IT!

I am debating painting the wall parallel to this one the same color the only thing stopping me laziness haha

I went back to RI this wkend for my cousins grad party and it was so fun! I haven't blogged on here in a good amt of time because I have been pretty busy with work and cakes... I need to get better at blogging I keep saying it but I am really going to try to document my days better so I can share them with you :)

My Tuesday...

Today at work I got really upset and cried like a dweeb! Between yesterday and today the way the male chef has been speaking to me really upset me... in addition I have been really missing my family and combined it just made me cry.

When I got out of work I decided to try to find some cute clothes- failed

So I went over to Michaels and OMGEEEE I got Hello Kitty Shrinky Dinks for $2 and a Hello Kitty pen for $2 ! I almost peed myself w/ happiness! Steven and I went over to target later and I found other cute hello kitty stuff for $1 I also bought a new scent for our fabreeze plug in and it smells so good! it's night time dreams or something like that...mmmm

So today wasn't all bad!

Bowling...

I took pictures from our bowling adventure that I just have to upload... I am by far the worst bowler in Pa... haha I started off pretty good ... then the second set I bowled an 18... hahah you read that right! ....

Sunday Steven and me had our friends Jen and Weist over! it was fun we went to King of Prussia and I got some adorable new blind box items and Steven got some new dunny's that I can't wait to post for your viewing pleasure :) oh we also ended up meeting w/ steven's friend Shaun at the mall ... it was my first time meeting him! and I am glad that I did! he bought white linen pants to look like Gob so he was automatically good with me haha

I had intentions on getting clothing but I find it hard to search for clothes when you have other people with you, oh the Tokidoki line at Sephora was pretty disappointing...

Today I went to buy supplies to make cupcakes for my class on Wednesday and I found this weird cupcake maker that looks like a george forman grill with cupcake holes... it was $30 and it actually works pretty well!

Oh, Steven passed both of his written inspection tests today :) I am so proud of him he has been doing amazing with work! He is such an amazing guy... I am so lucky to have that little stinker

Saturday

I am being completely lazy with Steven on this beautiful Saturday!

He has been not only working but taking a class for the Pa state inspection and I have been working , going to Sweet Confections, and taking a cake class on Wed night... needless to say we haven't really seen each other all week!

tonight we are going bowling with his work... which should be entertaining since I have only duck pin bowled my whole life... I also am pretty positive I am not going to be good at it... haha

I bought new lip balm by paul frank and lipsmackers yesterday ... Chachi's fried icecream!

wow is it a yummy flavor :) and the chihuahua is oh so cute

Ok so I am a bad blogger

Saturday Steven, his dad, pam, and I went to get tattoo's

by Steve's amazing friend Aaron!

He works over at Steel City Tattoo and he is a great artist

we had so much fun after getting tattooed we went to Sonic

and acted like tards and laughed our asses off!

Steven's dad got a japanese dragon

Steven got a hilarious bat

and I got Stay True above my knees :) holy hell did it hurt! I have a pretty high pain tolerance and I have to say this was uncomfortable for me...

I am currently watching a show about desserts and I totally think I was meant for this industry!

Steven has a class for Pa auto inspection and it sucks because I want him home at night with me to watch shows and be snuggly!

Work at the cafe has been really busy the past few days! which is awesome because I need the money ...dollah dollah billz haha

oh man my tail bone is killing me today and I have no clue why...

I also don't want to goto work today because we have a new manager and I have yet to speak with him and it's totally freaking me out for some reason.

Oh this weekend Steven and I went to an antique shop with his parents and I got a beautiful ring from Steven! This picture does it no justice!

Darmayne the lady I am interning with is going to be paying for me to take some cake decorating classes so I can get some basics down in a short amount of time. I am really excited!

Cake decorating is definitely something I am passionate about and I can't wait to have that be my source of income.
